We are Larissa and Susanne.

SEEDS is a collaborative space. We create new connections by bringing together people & different fields of knowledge.
It is our experimental playground which invites other humans and playful beings to dive into vivid feeling- and learning experiences in co-creation with nature, the elements and everything beyond the well known.
It’s about new ways of relating to Earth, to each other and oneself and making new connections.
We craft meditative journeys with sound and in collaboration with the Elements we are called to work with.
Our intention is to guide people and ourselves into deeper states of connection—with themselves, with others, and with the natural world.
Looking ahead, we envision expanding into new interdisciplinary formats and Spaces:
Bringing in food, hosting conversations with wisdom keepers, and creating spaces—both physical and online—for meaningful exchange, shared presence, and community.
Susanne is an artist, designer, plant lover and a Mom. Through miraculous ways she also started to work with the body and gives Ayurvedic Yoga Massages. She truly believes in the beauty of connection – to others and oneself – as the base for everything and loves to create temporary spaces for that purpose.
She feels most alive while traveling far and wide, exploring new inner and outer landscapes and crafts.
Larissa is a healing artist, writer and space holder.
Her work moves at the intersection of creativity, embodiment and inner transformation. She creates spaces where feeling, expression and connection can unfold naturally. Through words, rituals and intuitive guidance, she invites people to reconnect with their own rhythm and inner voice.
